Find out exactly what is costing you leads.
Send us read-only access to your Google Ads account — or just your website if you have not started yet. You get back a written review of what is working, what is wasting money and what we would change first.
- No sales call, at any stage
- No obligation and no follow-up sequence
- Findings ranked by how much money they are costing you

No sales call, ever. Tell us about your business and we’ll reply in writing, usually within one business day.
Why we give this away
Partly because it is the honest way to sell this service: you should be able to see what we notice about your account before you pay us anything. And partly because it is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether there is a real opportunity here. Roughly a quarter of the audits we write end with us saying that paid search is not the right channel, or that the budget available is too small to work with, or that the website needs to change before any ad spend makes sense. Those are useful conclusions, and they take two or three days to reach instead of two or three months.
What the audit covers
Account structure
How campaigns are split, whether budgets are competing with each other, whether high-value services are actually getting impressions, and which settings are silently costing you money.
Search terms and waste
The single most revealing report in any account. We go through what people actually typed before clicking, and quantify how much of your spend went to searches with no chance of becoming a customer.
Keywords and match types
What you are bidding on, what it is costing, what is missing, and which expensive terms are worth deliberately avoiding rather than optimising.
Ad copy and assets
Whether the ads say anything a competitor could not also say, whether they match the search, and whether anything is being tested at all.
Conversion tracking
What is being counted as a lead, whether it deserves to be, whether anything is double-counting, and whether the account is optimising toward something meaningful.
Landing pages
Where paid traffic goes, how fast those pages load on a phone, whether the message matches the ad, and how easy it is to actually contact you.
Geography and scheduling
Where your money is going on a map, whether it matches where you can profitably work, and whether ads run at hours nobody answers.
Market and competition
Realistic search volume in your area, who else is bidding, roughly what the clicks cost, and whether the budget you have in mind is enough to compete.
The priority list
Everything above, ordered by impact. Usually three or four changes account for most of the available improvement, and we say which.
What we need from you
If you are already running ads: read-only access to your Google Ads account, which takes about a minute to grant and which you can revoke at any time. We never need your password, and we never need billing access to review an account.
If you are not running ads yet: just your website, your service area and the services you want more of. The audit becomes a market review instead — what people search for in your area, roughly what it costs, what a realistic budget looks like and whether your current site can convert the traffic.
How long it takes
Two to three business days in most cases. Larger accounts with multiple locations sometimes take a day longer, and we will tell you if that applies.
What happens afterwards
You read it. That is genuinely the whole obligation. If you want to work together, reply and we will send scope and pricing. If you want to hand the audit to your current agency and ask them to fix it, that is a completely legitimate outcome and it happens reasonably often. There is no follow-up sequence, no drip campaign and no call.
There is no phone number to call on this website, and that is deliberate. Everything happens over WhatsApp, text message, email or the contact form. You get written answers you can re-read, forward to a partner and hold us to — instead of a forty-minute discovery call you have to schedule two weeks out.
When something is genuinely easier shown than written, we send a short screen recording or a voice note you can watch whenever it suits you.
