There is no phone number to call on this website, and that is deliberate. Everything happens over WhatsApp, text message, email or the contact form. You get written answers you can re-read, forward to a partner and hold us to — instead of a forty-minute discovery call you have to schedule two weeks out.
When something is genuinely easier shown than written, we send a short screen recording or a voice note you can watch whenever it suits you.

What to include
The more of this you can give us, the more useful the first reply will be. None of it is mandatory.
- What you sell and which of those services you want more of
- Where you sell it — the cities or counties you can actually service profitably
- Your website, even if you are not happy with it
- Whether you are running ads now, and roughly what you spend
- What a good lead looks like to you, and what a bad one looks like
- Roughly what a customer is worth, if you know — it changes every recommendation we would make
What happens next
You get a written reply within one U.S. business day. If there is enough to work with, we will ask for read-only access to your Google Ads account — a one-minute permission you can revoke any time, and one that never requires your password. Two or three business days after that, you have the written audit.
There is no call at any point in that sequence, no calendar link, and no follow-up drip if you go quiet. If you want to pick this up again in six months, message us then.
Where we are
We work remotely and cover U.S. business hours from Eastern through Pacific, in writing. Because nothing depends on both of us being available at the same moment, you can send a message at any hour and the answer will be waiting.
