From first message to a campaign that improves every week.
No discovery call at any stage. Here is exactly what happens, in order, and roughly how long each part takes.
Get your free audit
No sales call, ever. Tell us about your business and we’ll reply in writing, usually within one business day.
Day 1 — You send a message
WhatsApp, text, email or the form. What we need is small: what you sell, where you sell it, your website, and what you want more of. If you already run ads, read-only access to the account — which takes about a minute to grant and can be revoked whenever you like.
You will get a reply the same or next U.S. business day, in writing, from the person who will actually be working on the account.
Days 2–4 — The written audit
We go through the account if there is one, the market if there is not, the search terms, the tracking, the landing pages and the competition. You get back a document that says what is wrong, what it is costing, what we would change first and what results would be realistic on the budget you have in mind.
This is free and there is no obligation attached to it. If the honest answer is that paid search will not work for your business at your budget, the audit says that.
Week 1 — Tracking, before anything else
If you decide to go ahead, the first work is always measurement. Conversion actions rebuilt or created, GA4 connected properly, call tracking configured, forms and message taps counted separately, duplicate and junk conversions removed. Where your CRM allows it, we set up offline conversion import so that the account can eventually learn from booked jobs rather than form fills.
This is the least exciting week and the most important one. Every optimisation decision after it depends on these numbers being true.
Week 1–2 — The build
Campaign structure organised by job value and urgency. Keyword research, including a deliberate list of searches we will not bid on. A negative keyword list for your trade from day one. Ad copy written against your actual offer — response time, price position, guarantee — in tested pairs. Geography set to where you can profitably work. Scheduling set to when somebody answers.
If a landing page is part of the scope, it is built and live before the ads are, not afterwards.
Week 2 — Controlled launch
We start on a deliberately limited budget rather than switching on your full spend and hoping. The first days are for watching search terms arrive, catching anything the negative list missed, and confirming that conversions are firing when they should and not when they should not.
You will see traffic within a day or two. First leads usually arrive in the first week, though in longer-cycle categories like remodeling or solar that can stretch.
Week 3 onward — The weekly rhythm
Every week, the same work: search terms read and negatives added, budgets shifted toward what is producing, underperforming ads replaced, bid targets reviewed against reality, landing page issues flagged. Every Monday, a written report covering spend, leads, cost per lead, what changed and what is next.
Around week four to eight is when meaningful improvement usually becomes visible — cost per lead falling as the account learns and the waste is stripped out. Before that you are mostly looking at setup quality, not performance.
Month 3 — The honest review
At ninety days there is enough data to say something real. We write up what the channel has produced, what it cost, what we would do differently, and whether we think it is worth continuing. If the answer is no, we will say so — a client who leaves on good terms with an honest assessment is worth more to us than three months of fees for something that is not working.
There is no phone number to call on this website, and that is deliberate. Everything happens over WhatsApp, text message, email or the contact form. You get written answers you can re-read, forward to a partner and hold us to — instead of a forty-minute discovery call you have to schedule two weeks out.
When something is genuinely easier shown than written, we send a short screen recording or a voice note you can watch whenever it suits you.
What we need from you along the way
- Answers within a day or two when we ask something. Written, whenever suits you.
- Lead quality feedback. Which enquiries were real, which were junk, which became jobs. This is the single most valuable thing a client gives us, and it is what turns a decent account into a good one.
- Fast follow-up. We cannot fix a two-day response time from inside Google Ads.
- Patience for ninety days. Not blind patience — you will see the work every week — but enough to let the account accumulate the data it needs.
