No sales call, ever. Tell us about your business and we’ll reply in writing, usually within one business day.
Do I have to get on a phone call?
No, and there is no phone number on this site. Everything runs through WhatsApp, text message, email or the contact form, and you get written answers you can re-read, forward and hold us to.
If something is genuinely easier shown than written — walking through an account structure, for instance — we record a short screen video and send it to you. You watch it when it suits you instead of scheduling a call two weeks out.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do, always. We build inside your account, under your own billing, and we are added as a manager. If we stop working together you keep every campaign, every conversion action and the entire performance history.
This matters more than most business owners realise. Agencies that run clients inside their own account are holding years of machine-learning history hostage, and switching means starting from zero.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google from your own card, and it never passes through us. Our fee covers the work: strategy, build, optimisation, tracking and reporting.
How long am I committed for?
Month to month, with thirty days’ notice and no cancellation penalty. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a year-long contract you regret in week six.
That said, we will be honest that paid search needs time. Ninety days is the shortest window in which the account can genuinely be judged.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?
No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. Results depend on search demand in your area, competition, your budget, your offer, your website and how quickly you follow up on enquiries. Several of those are outside our control.
What we do commit to is a written audit before you pay anything, honest reporting, and telling you plainly if we think paid search is the wrong channel for your business.
What if my website is not good enough?
We will tell you in the audit, before you spend money finding out. Sometimes the fix is a single landing page rather than a rebuild. Sometimes it is worth pausing ads until the page exists, because sending paid clicks to a page that cannot convert is just an expensive way to lose.
Landing pages and websites are the one design service we offer, precisely because the ads depend on them.
Do you work with businesses outside the United States?
Our focus is U.S. businesses selling to U.S. customers. That is where our keyword research, benchmarks and ad copy experience are strongest, and staying narrow is part of why we can do this well.
What happens in the first month?
Week one is the audit and the tracking fix. Week two is the build: campaign structure, keywords, negatives, ad copy and any landing page work. Week three is a controlled launch on a limited budget. Week four is the first real round of optimisation, and you get a written report every Monday from launch onward.
Can I see reporting whenever I want?
Yes. You have full access to your own Google Ads account at all times, so nothing is hidden behind an agency dashboard. On top of that you get a short written report every Monday that explains spend, leads, cost per lead, what changed and what we are doing next — in plain English, not screenshots of charts.
Do you run Meta, Facebook or Instagram ads?
No. We work only on Google — websites, SEO and Google Ads — and we do it properly. If paid social is right for your business, you want a specialist in it, not a Google Ads agency stretching to cover something it is average at.
Can you work with my existing agency’s account?
We can audit it, and we often do. Taking over an account from another agency is straightforward as long as it was built in your own Google Ads account — if it was built in theirs, you may need to request a transfer or accept starting fresh, and we will tell you which applies.
Will you rebuild my account or fix the one I have?
Whichever costs you less in the long run. Rebuilding loses accumulated conversion history, which has real value, so if the structure is salvageable we fix it in place. If the account has been running on broad match with no negatives for two years, starting clean is usually faster and cheaper.
What industries do you work with?
Mostly U.S. local service businesses and professional practices — home services, trades, legal, dental, medical aesthetics, real estate. There are eighteen industry pages covering the ones we see most often, each with the specifics that actually apply to it.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We can write to you in English or Spanish, and we can build and run Spanish-language campaigns for U.S. markets where that audience matters — which in several states is a meaningful and under-served segment.
How quickly will I see results?
Traffic within a day or two of launch. First leads usually in the first week. Meaningful improvement in cost per lead typically between weeks four and eight, as the account accumulates data and the waste gets stripped out. In long-cycle categories like remodeling, solar or legal, the first signed work can take considerably longer, and we say so upfront.
What if I am not currently running any ads?
That is often easier, because there is no damage to undo. The audit becomes a market review instead: what people search for in your area, roughly what clicks cost, what budget would be realistic, and whether your current website can convert paid traffic.
Do you require access to my website?
For tracking installation, yes — either direct access or a Google Tag Manager container. If you would rather not give access, we can supply the code and instructions for your developer. Building landing pages obviously requires more, and we will be specific about what before anything starts.
How do you handle Google Ads policy restrictions?
Several categories we work in have real restrictions: locksmiths and garage door companies need advertiser verification, healthcare and medical aesthetics fall under personalised advertising rules, and legal advertising has state bar requirements on top. We write copy with those in mind and flag them before launch rather than after a disapproval.
Will you tell me if Google Ads is the wrong channel?
Yes, and we do it reasonably often. Low search volume, budgets too small for the category, or a business model that cannot support the cost per acquisition are all real outcomes. The audit is where that conversation happens, before you have paid us anything.
